Job summary

Onsite Rental Group in Gladstone, QLD is seeking a motivated Account Manager to maintain and grow existing accounts and win new business within the local portfolio.

Reporting to the Team Leader Sales & Business Development Manager, you will engage with the branch team, conduct cold calls, attend events, and build lasting client relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in hire/capital equipment/industrial or related industry.
• Ability & willingness to cold call, in person & by phone.
• Record of success in attracting & retaining new business.
• Capacity to work safely & autonomously in the field.
• Resilience & the ability to overcome obstacles & find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage & grow the existing customer base.
• Identify and convert new sales opportunities aligned with business sales plans.
• Conduct regular cold calling throughout assigned territory, increasing awareness of Onsite’s product range & establishing yourself as the lead point of contact.
• Build & strengthen relationships with existing & potential customers, attending customer events, trade shows & conferences.
• Prepare quotes for hire & support tender submissions.
• Communicate effectively with branch team to support sales activity & ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM system.

About the role

Onsite has an opportunity for a motivated & capable Account Manager to join our team in Gladstone, QLD.

Reporting to the Team Leader Sales & Business Development Manager and working closely with the branch team, you will be responsible for maintaining & growing existing accounts and winning new business within your assigned portfolio / territory.
