Job summary

Onsite Rental Group in Forest Lake, QLD, is seeking an Account Manager to maintain and grow existing accounts and win new business within a defined territory. You will report to the Team Leader - Sales & Business Development and work closely with the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires experience in hire/capital equipment sales, prospecting, and a strong ability to build relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in hire/capital equipment/industrial or related industry.
• Ability and willingness to cold call, in person and by phone.
• Record of success in attracting and retaining new business.
• Capacity to work safely and autonomously in the field.
• Resilience and the ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the existing customer base.
• Identify and convert new sales opportunities aligned with business plans.
• Conduct regular cold calling throughout assigned territory, increasing awareness of Onsite’s product range and establishing yourself as the lead point of contact.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers, attending events and conferences.
• Prepare quotes for hire and support tender submissions.
• Communicate effectively with branch team to support sales activity and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM system.

About the role

Onsite has an opportunity for a motivated & capable Account Manager to join our team in Forest Lake, QLD.
