Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking two experienced Team Leaders – FIFO to join our Newman teams. These are full-time, permanent positions on a 2 x 2 FIFO roster, reporting to the Branch Manager.

You will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs meet high standards to support service demand. You will coordinate servicing and repairs, mentor technicians, and provide expert diagnostics and customer-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to manage costs in line with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment servicing & repairs in line with budget to maximise equipment availability & reliability
• Lead and mentor your team in their day to day activities
• Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements
• Train and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures, including Baseplan
• Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available
• Lead safety culture & compliance for team / branch
• Conduct equipment servicing and repairs

About the role

As a result of continued business growth and an increase in customer demand, we are currently seekingtwo experienced Team Leaders – FIFOto join our teams inNewman.

These arefull-time, permanent positionsworking an2 x 2 FIFO roster, with the successful candidates reporting directly to theBranch Manager.

You will be required to lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand.

This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools.

As a Team Leader, you will:
