Pointer Strategy is looking for an Account Growth Specialist to own warm opportunities from first contact to revenue in our Melbourne fintech scale-up. You’ll manage the customer journey, from onboarding to adoption, with a focus on commercial outcomes.

This role blends inbound and outbound work, with real growth potential as we scale in Australia and the US. Base salary of 65k–80k AUD plus uncapped OTE 110k–140k.

Qualifications

• You don't need a finance degree or fintech experience.
• Ability to hold business conversations and understand commercial decisions.
• Proven ability to convert interest into action.

Responsibilities

• Take qualified opportunities through to first transaction and onboarding.
• Own accounts end-to-end: onboarding, implementation, adoption.
• Guide customers through first payment and unlock full platform.
• Articulate ROI for different business profiles.
• Hit personal and team targets in a collaborative environment.
• Build advisor relationships, not just transactional ones.
