Ramsay HealthCare is seeking a proactive medical receptionist to join the A&E Administrative team. This permanent part-time role requires covering a 24/7 rotating roster with early mornings, evenings, weekends and after-hours, supporting patient check-in, billing, and communications in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist.
- Certificate in Medical Terminology desirable.
- Strong computer literacy including MS Office.
- Experience with hospital mainframe systems.
Responsabilités
- Manage switchboard and direct inquiries to appropriate areas.
- Check-in patients and process ambulance arrivals.
- Process patient billing and liaise with Medicare, DVA and Workcover.
- Provide front-of-house service and support to Emergency Department.
- Maintain accurate data across multiple computer systems.
