Ramsay Health Care's Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking multiple Admissions Secretaries to join the Patient Admissions team. You will provide exceptional patient and stakeholder service, respond to enquiries and manage admissions and discharge processes in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with medical terminology and booking admissions is highly regarded, with flexible

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage conflict and maintain positive working relationships.
• Medical terminology knowledge (desirable).
• Experience booking medical/surgical admissions and procedures (highly desirable).
