Inject is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to own and grow a prestigious Architecture & Design portfolio in Victoria. You will work with leading architects, designers and builders to identify opportunities and close strategic deals.

You will mentor a growing sales team, develop long-term client relationships, and drive a strong pipeline through solution selling, market insights, and proactive relationship management, while contributing to brand growth and market leadership in

Qualifications

• Senior sales experience in architecture & design required.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and close deals.
• Experience mentoring and leading sales teams is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of A&D clients and relationships toward personal sales targets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across the A&D sector and build a strong pipeline.
• Present tailored solutions from brief to specification for A&D clients.
• Mentor and coach sales team members on relationship building and pipeline management.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and CRM, and share market insights with Directors.
• Host client events and industry functions to raise brand profile and pipeline.
