Challenger Services Group is seeking a Kitchen Steward to support busy hotels in Sydney, ensuring a clean, safe and organized kitchen. You will operate dishwashers and assist chefs with general duties in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes food safety, HACCP, and teamwork, with full-time or part-time shifts available, competitive hourly rates, and staff meals. Training and modern digital systems are in place to streamline operations.

Formación

• Experience in a commercial kitchen or stewarding.
• Capable of handling chemicals safely.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsabilidades

• Support the daily operation of busy commercial kitchens.
• Operate commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Clean and store kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils.
• Prepare equipment for functions and events.
• Assist chefs with general kitchen duties as required.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, workplace safety and company procedures at all times.
