Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a DevOps & Platform Support Engineer to join our ANZ Managed Services & Cloud Engineering team. You’ll be the technical SME and Level 2 owner for a critical production platform, handling incidents, changes and vendor escalations.

You’ll design and build AWS and Azure environments, implement IaC and CI/CD, and drive automation while maintaining runbooks.

This role suits hands-on engineers who own what they build and relish problem-solving in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and developing cloud solutions.
• Hands-on AWS and/or Azure experience.
• Proven IaC and CI/CD experience.
• Strong Linux, networking and scripting (Python/Bash/Node.js).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Production support in managed services/ITIL environment.
• Understanding of incident, problem and change management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with third-party vendors and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for a critical production platform and Level 2 support.
• Troubleshoot incidents and drive root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate production changes end-to-end including rollback.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers and engineers to resolve issues.
• Design and build AWS/Azure cloud environments.
• Develop IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK/Pulumi.
• Design CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
• Support cloud apps, containers and production environments.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for reliability.
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge sharing.
