Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Solutions Consultant to join the ANZ DevOps team. You will collaborate with engineering to design and implement cloud-based solutions for clients, including AWS Connect and CX platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AWS, full-stack skills, and AWS certifications. You will build data pipelines, dashboards, and integrations, while educating teams on new cloud initiatives and ensuring secure, efficient deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience architecting, designing, and implementing AWS solutions.
• Full-Stack Engineering skills: Node.js, React, .NET Core, SQL, NoSQL, Python.
• Proficient with Amazon Connect and related AWS services (Lambda, Lex, Kinesis, Glue, Athena, QuickSight).
• AWS Certification — Associate level required; Professional level preferred.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams on CX projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AWS-based solutions for clients.
• Lead data pipelines and dashboards for CX performance.
• Build Lambda integrations and CloudFormation templates for contact flows.
• Troubleshoot incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Educate teams on new cloud initiatives and provide training as needed.
