Job summary

Concentrix TPS is seeking a hands-on DevOps & Platform Support Engineer to own a critical production platform and provide Level 2 support. You will design and operate AWS and Azure environments, implement IaC and CI/CD pipelines, and work with vendors to resolve complex issues.

You’ll join a growing ANZ Managed Services & Cloud Engineering team and participate in a shared 24x7 on-call rotation. Australian work rights are required and sponsor is not available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and developing cloud solutions.
• Hands-on with AWS and/or Azure in production.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD.
• Strong Linux, networking and scripting (Python, Bash, Node.js).
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Production support in managed services or ITIL environments.
• Incident, problem and change management experience.
• Troubleshooting and analytical mindset; strong communicator.
• Experience with vendors and technical stakeholders.
• AWS or Azure Associate-level certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical SME for a critical production platform and Level 2 support.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Coordinate production changes from impact assessment to rollback.
• Work with vendors, customers, engineers and Service Delivery Managers to resolve issues.
• Design, build and enhance AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, Pulumi or similar.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
• Support cloud applications, containers and production environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to improve reliability.
• Maintain runbooks and technical documentation across the team.
