Tunstall is recruiting Emergency Response Operators for its 24/7 Emergency Response Centre in Eagle Farm, Queensland. Roles include around 20 hours per week up to full-time, with rotating rosters across days, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, aged care, disability services, contact centres, customer service, emergency services, hospitality, retail or administration will be highly regarded.
• Above Award pay with shift penalties applied to the entire shift.
• Hybrid work opportunities may be available after training.

Responsabilités

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency alarm activations.
• Speak with clients, family members, carers and emergency contacts.
• Assess situations and determine appropriate actions.
• Coordinate assistance in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide reassurance and support to vulnerable or distressed clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Work as part of a 24/7 team delivering continuous support.
