We’re currently recruiting multiple Emergency Response Operators to join our 24/7 Emergency Response Centre in Eagle Farm. Whether you’re seeking around 20 hours per week, a larger part-time arrangement, or full-time employment, we’d love to hear from you. We are focused on finding great people who are open to rotating rosters to meet the needs of the business for our special clients. As part of a 24/7 operation, shifts are rostered across days, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays. Once fully trained, hybrid work opportunities may be available for suitable candidates.
As part of a global organisation, Tunstall is a market leader in telecare solutions. Our technology and support services help older Australians and people with additional needs live safely and independently in their own homes. Our Emergency Response Centre operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. At the press of a button, clients can connect with our team for support, reassurance and assistance when they need it most. Every day, our people provide peace of mind to thousands of clients and their families across Australia and New Zealand.
As an Emergency Response Operator, you’ll be the first point of contact when clients activate their medical alarm or contact our Emergency Response Centre. You will remain calm under pressure, assess the situation, provide reassurance and coordinate the most appropriate response.
We’re looking for people who genuinely care about helping others and can remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare, aged care, disability services, contact centres, customer service, emergency services, hospitality, retail or administration will be highly regarded.
We will provide the training and support you need to succeed!
