Tunstall Australasia is hiring Emergency Response Operators for our 24/7 Centre in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. We offer part-time (~19 hours/week), larger part-time, or full-time roles with rotating rosters across days, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.

We're currently recruiting multiple Emergency Response Operators to join our 24/7 Emergency Response Centre in Eagle Farm. Whether you're seeking around 19 hours per week, a larger part-time arrangement, or full-time employment, we'd love to hear from you. We have several opportunities available and are focused on finding great people who are open to rotating rosters to meet the needs of the business for our special clients. As part of a 24/7 operation, shifts to be rostered are days, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays. Once fully trained, hybrid work opportunities may be available for suitable candidates.

About the Role

As an Emergency Response Operator, you'll be the first point of contact when clients activate their medical alarm or contact our Emergency Response Centre. You will remain calm under pressure, assess the situation, provide reassurance and coordinate the most appropriate response.

In this role, you will:

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency alarm activations

• Speak with clients, family members, carers and emergency contacts

• Assess situations and determine appropriate actions

• Coordinate assistance in accordance with established procedures

• Provide reassurance and support to clients who may be vulnerable or distressed

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Work as part of a close-knit team delivering 24/7 support

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who genuinely care about helping others and can remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare, aged care, disability services, contact centres, customer service, emergency services, hospitality, retail or administration will be highly regarded.

You'll be successful if you have:
