Job summary

Erste Digital is the digital enabler that drives innovative IT solutions for Erste Group. We manage run the bank and change the bank initiatives with over 2,000 IT professionals delivering best-in-class services.

We are seeking a technically curious specialist to turn new AI capabilities into secure, compliant and valuable services for our users, coordinating across security, governance and product teams. This role offers hybrid work between home and office within Erste Group countries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital adoption, change management or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across technical, business, security and governance stakeholders.
• Strong technical affinity and interest in AI and digital workplace services.
• Ability to explain new technical capabilities clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience preparing structured documentation, presentations, user guidance or training materials.
• Understanding of security, data protection and governance in regulated enterprises.
• Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Builder is advantageous.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Jira is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Take new Workplace AI features from assessment through testing, approval and controlled rollout.
• Translate ChatGPT Enterprise capabilities into practical value for end users.
• Coordinate organizational processes to enable new features enterprise-wide.
• Prepare and maintain feature documentation, service descriptions, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate security, data protection, compliance and risk assessments with expert teams.
• Organize pilots, gather feedback and turn findings into improvements before wider rollout.
• Prepare user communications, guidance, FAQs, enablement materials and training sessions.
• Support adoption activities across Erste Group countries and assist users in AI use cases.
• Provide L2/L3 support for feature-related questions, requests and incidents.
• Monitor platform developments and assess relevance of new AI capabilities.

ChatGPT Enterprise is our primary platform, complemented by Microsoft Copilot Agent Builder and SharePoint Agents.

We are looking for a technically curious and well‑organized specialist who helps us turn new AI capabilities into secure, compliant and valuable services for our users.

Your Tasks

• Take new Workplace AI features from initial assessment through testing, approval, communication and controlled rollout.
• Develop a thorough understanding of new ChatGPT Enterprise capabilities and translate technical changes into practical value for end users.
• Coordinate the organizational processes required to enable new features in an enterprise environment.
• Prepare and maintain feature documentation, service descriptions, decision documents and implementation plans.
• Coordinate security, data‑protection, compliance and risk assessments with the responsible expert teams.
• Organize pilots, gather feedback and turn findings into concrete improvements before broader rollout.
• Prepare user communications, guidance, FAQs, enablement materials, workshops and training sessions.
• Support adoption activities across Erste Group countries and help users identify meaningful AI use cases.
• Provide business‑hours L2 support and coordinate L3 support for feature‑related questions, requests and incidents.
• Monitor platform developments, release notes and emerging AI capabilities, and assess their relevance for our environment.
• Work closely with the Product Owner, platform administrators, security and data‑protection teams, Microsoft, OpenAI and local IT organizations.
• Maintain the feature and adoption backlog and support prioritization based on user value, risk and implementation effort.

You check these boxes

• At least three years of relevant experience in technology consulting, digital adoption, change management, product operations, project management or a comparable role.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across technical, business, security and governance stakeholders.
• Strong technical affinity and a genuine interest in artificial intelligence, digital workplace services and emerging technologies.
• Ability to understand new technical capabilities quickly and explain them clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience preparing structured documentation, presentations, user guidance or training materials.
• Understanding of security, data protection and governance requirements in a regulated enterprise environment.
• Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agent Builder or similar AI platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Jira or comparable enterprise platforms is beneficial.
• Fluent English, German.
