Job summary

Erste Digital GmbH is seeking a technically curious specialist to drive secure, compliant adoption of Workplace AI features across the Erste Group. You will collaborate with security, data protection and governance teams and work with Microsoft, OpenAI, and local IT organizations to enable new capabilities for end users.

Qualifications

Strong technical affinity and genuine interest in AI, digital workplace services and emerging technologies.
Ability to understand new technical capabilities quickly and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience preparing structured documentation, presentations, user guidance or training materials.

Responsibilities

Take new Workplace AI features from initial assessment through testing, approval, communication and controlled rollout.
Coordinate security, data-protection, compliance and risk assessments with responsible expert teams.
Organize pilots, gather feedback and translate findings into concrete improvements before broader rollout.
Prepare user communications, guidance, FAQs, enablement materials, workshops and training sessions.
Provide L2/L3 support for feature-related questions, requests and incidents.
Monitor platform developments, release notes and AI capabilities for relevance to our environment.
