Atomic Austria GmbH is seeking a highly creative Industrial Designer to support the design and development of its Alpine, Touring, and Nordic boots. You will contribute end-to-end from research to CMF and technical documentation, collaborating with Design, Product Management and Development teams to translate ideas into production-ready concepts.

You should bring a university degree in Industrial Design, strong hand-sketching, CAD/3D skills and a global, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Design or related field with strong portfolio.
• Excellent hand-sketching and visual communication with a keen eye for form.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with CAD and 3D rendering.
• Experience with physical prototyping and 3D product development.
• Understanding CMF, materials and current design trends.
• Structured, detail-oriented and able to translate concepts into specs.
• Strong product sense and user-centric approach; collaborative mindset.
• Business-fluent English; German skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support design and development of Alpine, Touring and Nordic boots.
• Create sketches, concepts and visualizations for iterations.
• Develop concepts through physical and digital prototyping.
• Contribute to seasonal range design and CMF.
• Create and maintain Tech Packs and specification files.
• Assist with product, packaging, graphics docs and spare parts specs.
• Participate in design reviews and concept development sessions.
