Atomic is seeking a creative Industrial Designer to join the Boot Business Unit. You will help design the next generation of Alpine, Touring and Nordic boots, from research and ideation to production-ready details.

You’ll work with Design, Product Management, Development and Industrialization to translate concepts into tangible products. You will contribute to CMF development, concept exploration, and the creation of Tech Packs, while collaborating with an international team and maintaining a

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Design or related field with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent hand-sketching and visual communication, strong sense for form and detail.
• Very good proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CAD/3D visualization.
• Experience with physical prototyping and 3D product development.
• Understanding CMF, materials and current design trends.
• Structured, detail-oriented, able to translate concepts into specs.
• Strong product affinity and user-centric mindset.
• Creative, curious and collaborative in multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest in winter sports; Alpine/Touring/Nordic experience is a plus.
• Business-fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the design and development of Alpine, Touring and Nordic/XC boots.
• Create sketches, concepts and visualizations.
• Develop concepts through physical and digital prototyping.
• Contribute to seasonal range design and CMF.
• Create and maintain Tech Packs and spec files.
• Support specifications for packaging, graphics, and spare parts.
• Participate in design reviews, workshops and concept development.
