Job summary

AlphaTauri in Austria is seeking a Senior Outerwear Designer to create compelling outerwear collections for men and women, following seasonal concepts and targets. You will translate trends into wearable, high-quality designs while keeping fit and function at the forefront.

You will lead fittings with development, pattern and sourcing teams, maintain SAP/ PLM data and produce Techpacks, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• English fluent; German skills are beneficial.
• Extensive experience with outerwear, fabrics, function and treatments.
• Strong trend and market research skills.
• Superior organizational skills, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create outerwear designs following the seasonal concept and targets for men and women.
• Conduction trend research and idea innovation to drive the product group.
• Lead fittings with development, pattern, and sourcing teams.
• Maintain SAP (PLM) data and create Techpacks; contribute to process improvements.
