• Analytics‑driven mindset and experience with AI tools (Cursor, v0, Claude).
• Native‑level German and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Own design across product, brand, and design team while remaining hands‑on in day‑to‑day work.
• Design product experiences, run customer interviews, and develop the brand.
• Partner with product and engineering on three product areas, supporting quick decisions and frequent feedback.
• Lead designers working across the website, brand, and product.
• Build customer understanding through regular conversations with small‑business users.
• Set and maintain design standards and scale design systems across product areas.
• Use customer insights and product analytics to evaluate design decisions and iterate.
