Applicants should be enrolled in a design-focused programme, demonstrate sketching, 2D/3D design, and rendering skills, and provide a portfolio. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a design-focused programme (product design, industrial design, or related).
• Demonstrated basic proficiency in sketching, model making, 2D design, and 3D modelling with rendering.
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and able to communicate ideas effectively.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about user-focused design.
• Portfolio submission is required for consideration.
• Fluent in English; German is a definite plus.

Aufgaben

• Research & identify new project opportunities to inspire direction.
• Understand the user journey to find innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product managers, and marketing across the design process.
• Create on-brand presentations to communicate ideas to the team.
• Develop design stories from concept to tangible concepts.
• Generate concepts from sketch to prototype.
• Create 3D CAD for rapid prototyping and evaluation.
• Produce handmade prototypes when needed.
• Design packaging concepts for new and existing products.
• Contribute to CMF (color, material, finish) ideation and development.
• Assist in sourcing a materials library and manage labelling and tracking.
• Support the wider team on various project tasks.
