Menska Ltd in Vienna seeks a Vice President Sales for a private aviation organisation. You will own a growing client portfolio, develop relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices and corporate clients, and drive charter sales from enquiry to close.

The ideal candidate has an established direct-network, strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, and fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage a portfolio of private aviation clients.
• Generate new business through existing relationships and new opportunities.
• Build long‑term relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices and corporate clients.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to closing.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand the client base.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
