Avcon Jet, a dynamic international business aviation company, is seeking a motivated Junior Charter Sales Manager to join a high-performance team in Vienna. You will support the Charter Sales team in managing the sales process for charter flights, and help prepare offers and price calculations in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle inquiries and orders, contribute to building relationships with premium customers, and gain hands-on experience in aviation sales.

Qualifikationen

• Reading and writing in English is essential.
• German A2 helps in everyday life in Vienna.
• Passion for private aviation and client-focused approach is required.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, sales-driven professional eager to learn.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with stress tolerance.
• Flexible with varying schedules including nights and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Support Charter Sales in managing the sales process for charter flights as part of a High Performance Team.
• Assist in preparing offers and price calculations and process inquiries and orders quickly.
• Support handling last-minute flight requests around-the-clock and grow into more responsibility.
• Help monitor sold flights, answer emails, and manage inbound/outbound calls with partners.
• Assist in building relationships and support invoicing and payment administration.
