Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism, Events, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and social event planning within hotels or premium venues.
• Background in F&B, banqueting, or wedding planning is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage social events from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Prepare proposals and quotations with ongoing client communication.
• Conduct hotel site inspections and present event spaces and capacities.
• Support clients through planning, execution, and post-event stages.
• Coordinate with F&B and Operations to ensure flawless delivery.
• Oversee event setups and maintain high-quality standards.
