Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in sales and social event planning within hotels or premium venues, with a background in F&B, banqueting, or wedding planning valued. Fluency in English and German is required, additional languages are a plus.

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing social events from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.


• Preparing proposals and quotations, while maintaining continuous client communication throughout the process.


• Conducting hotel site inspections and presenting event spaces and capacities.


• Supporting clients throughout the planning, execution, and post-event stages.

What are we looking for?

• Degree or studies in Tourism, Events, Hospitality, or a related field.


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and social event planning within hotels or premium event venues.


• Background in F&B, banqueting, or wedding planning will be highly valued.


• Commercial mindset, results-oriented approach, and excellent customer service skills.


• Advanced level of English and German. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
