Responsibilities

• Manage social events from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Prepare proposals and quotations with continuous client communication.
• Conduct hotel site inspections and present event spaces and capacities.
• Support clients through planning, execution, and post-event stages.
• Coordinate internally with F&B and Operations to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Oversee event setups with high quality standards and attention to detail.
