Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in HR administration, HR services, or HR generalist role.
• Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and employment practices.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented mindset and a passion for supporting employees and managers.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with local and international stakeholders.
• Fluent German essential; good English skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in Austria, providing guidance on employment conditions, collective labor agreements, and policies.
• Support workplace concerns, employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and day-to-day HR inquiries in line with Austrian law and policies.
• Ensure compliance with Austrian labor, social security, and payroll regulations, liaising with authorities and partners.
• Handle onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding across the lifecycle.
• Support HR digitalization by transitioning paper records to digital formats.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Keep up-to-date with applicable collective labor agreements and ensure proper application.
• Prepare and organize documentation for audits and inspections.
• Track mandatory training and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across Europe on regional initiatives.
