Jet Aviation seeks an HR Services Specialist to support Austria (Vienna) and Germany with administrative and HR services on a part-time basis (50%). The role serves as the local HR contact, ensuring compliance with Austrian labor law and company policies while coordinating with German HR processes.

You will help with onboarding, records management, payroll-related tasks, and audits, and you may discuss home-office options depending on the arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and employment practices.
• Experience in HR administration or HR services is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in Austria, advising on conditions, collective agreements, and policies.
• Support workplace concerns, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and inquiries in line with Austrian labor law.
• Ensure compliance with Austrian labor, social security, and payroll regulations; liaise with authorities and partners.
• Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Assist HR digitalization by converting paper records to digital formats and maintaining confidentiality.
