Jet Aviation in Vienna is seeking an HR Services Specialist (Part-Time, 50%) to be the local face of HR for Austria and to support Germany from a cross-border team. You will provide administrative and operational HR support, ensure compliance with Austrian and German labour laws, and manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with some home-office flexibility, a focus on service excellence, and collaboration with HR colleagues

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Several years in HR administration, HR services or HR generalist roles.
• Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and employment practices.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is beneficial.

• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in Austria.
• Ensure compliance with Austrian labor, social security and payroll regulations.
