As an HR Services Specialist (Part-Time, 50%), you will be the local face of HR in Vienna and the primary point of contact for employees and managers in Austria. In addition, you will provide administrative and operational HR support for our German employee population, working closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes across both countries.
As part of our HR Services team, you will contribute to a positive employee experience by providing reliable, service-oriented HR support while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and company policies.
The role offers flexibility in how the 50% workload is arranged, whether across 2.5 full days or shorter working hours spread over five days. Home office opportunities can be discussed depending on the agreed working arrangement.
The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3,000 based on full-time employment (100%). For this part-time position (50%), the salary will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. A higher salary may be offered depending on qualifications and experience.
