Job summary

Rosewood Vienna is launching a Management Trainee Program starting August 2027, a 12-month, accelerated learning journey across our Rooms department. You will receive on-the-job training, exposure to senior leaders, workshops and self-paced learning to craft your career path in luxury hospitality.

We seek recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree, under 2 years post-graduate experience, and internships with leading companies.

• Recent graduate of bachelor's degree or above with top academic results.
• Less than 2 years of post-graduate work experience.
• At least two internships, or one 6-month equivalent internship experience with leading companies.
• Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English.
