Job summary

Camunda, the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive ARR growth across UKI and other global markets. You will lead complex negotiations, articulate business value to senior leaders, and collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Partners to address diverse customer use cases.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of quota attainment in an Enterprise SaaS AE role.
• Experience selling complex software to Enterprise clients and navigating multi-stakeholder buying.
• Track record selling $1M+ multi-year contracts in Banking/Financial Services or similar sectors.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies.
• Proven ability to build new pipeline via outbound campaigns.
• Strong collaboration with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive ARR growth across UKI and global accounts through new business and expansion.
• Articulate Camunda's value proposition to technical and business leadership.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Partners to address customer needs.
• Develop and manage high-performing account teams and sales strategy.
