Camunda is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with enterprise customers, guiding adoption of our platform and delivering measurable business value. You’ll work closely with customers to design tailored technical plans, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful, scalable outcomes across teams.

This remote role may involve on-site collaboration and travel, with a strong emphasis on long-term customer success and cross-functional teamwork within Camunda’s global Customer Success

Qualifikationen

• Experience guiding complex enterprise customers through adoption journeys.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Proven collaboration across CS, Consulting, Product, Eng and Sales teams.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary technical contact for designated enterprise customers during Camunda adoption.
• Create and execute tailored technical adoption plans to maximize outcomes.
• Provide hands-on guidance and best practices from onboarding through operations.
• Identify risks, run health checks, and advocate for customer needs internally.
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive measurable outcomes at scale.
• Occasionally visit accounts on-site to support milestones during busy periods.
