Job summary

Camunda, the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, is hiring a Sales Engineer. You will show the value of Camunda and guide organizations planning to automate core business processes, accompanying prospective customers through product evaluations and presales interactions.

You will partner with Account Executives and Solution Architects, develop evaluation plans, conduct product demos and Q&A, handle RFI/RFP support, and craft technical content that translates complex software into

Qualifications

Requires degree and practical experience in software or IT.
Experience with sales cycles, value-based selling, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in technical contexts.
Fluent in English (C1/C2) or native proficiency.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events.

Responsibilities

Map customer requirements to Camunda product portfolio.
Position quantitative and qualitative business value of Camunda.
Develop evaluation plans and demos for prospects and customers.
Conduct product demos and product-related Q&A sessions.
Support RFI / RFP documents and responses.
Collaborate with Account Executives to develop accounts and pre-sales engagements.
Implement code snippets and prepare technical artifacts for presales.
Create and maintain pre-sales content and technical documentation.
