The role requires experience in internal sales or cross-functional roles, and strong German and English negotiation skills. SolidWorks/AutoCAD layout work is a plus, with a focus on precision and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship/HTL/FH background preferred in technical field.
• Experience in internal sales or cross-functional roles.
• SolidWorks and AutoCAD knowledge or layout creation experience is a plus.
• Work precise, structured, and detail oriented, both independently and in a team.
• Service- and customer-oriented with strong German/English negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical and managerial leadership to the Internal Sales team and manage task allocation.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales to develop strategies and monitor KPIs for quoting and pricing.
• Advise customers technically, prepare quotes and proposals, ensure costing guidelines are followed.
• Oversee pre-sales to handover projects, support field sales and project teams with quotes and negotiations.
• Capture accurate order data in ERP and coordinate with Purchasing on pricing of standard products.
• Create and manage 3D sales models and layouts in SolidWorks and AutoCAD with engineering teams.
