Job summary

planlicht GmbH & Co.KG in Austria seeks an experienced Internal Sales & Customer Support specialist to actively assist international customers and manage orders from enquiry to invoicing. You will bridge customers, sales field service and internal teams such as logistics and production to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• Experience in internal sales, ideally in an international environment.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Technical understanding with affinity for technology.
• Independent, structured way of working and team spirit.
• Confident handling of MS Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Active support & advice for our customers with a focus on the international market.
• Comprehensive order & project management: from enquiry to invoicing.
• Interface between customers, sales field service and internal departments such as logistics, production.
• Collaboration in ongoing process optimisation and quality management.
• Maintaining and updating customer data in the ERP system.
