Job summary

TreviPay is seeking a Project Manager, Strategy & Transformation to drive enterprise-wide operational transformation initiatives within the Global Operations Center of Excellence. You will translate strategic initiatives into detailed project plans, lead cross-functional execution, and ensure measurable business value through process, technology, and organizational improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in project/program management, business process improvement, or operations.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Advanced data analysis skills; able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Executive-level communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large-scale, cross-functional transformation and process improvement projects sponsored by Operational Excellence leadership.
• Translate sponsored strategic initiatives into detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resourcing plans.
• Manage multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently, balancing and prioritizing competing timelines and stakeholder demands.
• Maintain project governance artifacts — RAID logs, status reports, and portfolio tracking — and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with the Manager and Senior Manager, Operations Strategy & Transformation to shape business cases, success metrics, and delivery plans for originated initiatives.
• Lead process design, mapping, and optimization work to support initiative execution, evaluating end-to-end operational impact.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, business cases, and ROI analyses to track initiative progress and measure realized business value.
• Act as a change agent, facilitating stakeholder adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models through structured change management practices.
• Partner with IT and automation teams (AI, RPA, Data & Analytics) to implement technology-enabled process enhancements.
• Present project status, risks, and outcomes to Governance and senior leadership on a defined cadence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
