You will align technology initiatives with business priorities and act as a trusted advisor to executives, shaping the company’s digital roadmap and delivering value through secure, reliable services. You will lead Technology Services, ERP and digital solutions, sponsor AI initiatives, and oversee the PMO while building a high-performing, globally dispersed IT team
Qualifikationen
- University degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering or MBA is advantageous.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Proven success leading Digital Transformation in manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP and enterprise business solutions.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Aufgaben
- Lead ETEL’s IT/IS organization and digital transformation program.
- Shape and execute the company’s digital roadmap with business leaders.
- Govern enterprise data, applications and investments; manage PMO.
- Coordinate international IT hubs and interface with HEIDENHAIN Group IT.
- Foster collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across teams.
