Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Austria is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to drive strategic initiatives and enable business outcomes. You will oversee projects across the full delivery lifecycle, align with executive priorities, and work with senior leaders, vendors, and internal teams.

The role combines structured delivery with Agile and hybrid methods, involves governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of overall business experience, including leading projects, programs, or change initiatives.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience with agile, hybrid, and traditional PM methods and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects, programs, and business enablement initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, dependencies, schedules, governance, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and stakeholder interviews to define business needs.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with escalation options to sponsors and governance bodies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to align deliverables and communications.
• Prepare executive-level updates, risk assessments, and options analyses for decision-making.
• Support backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives for Agile/hybrid delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across communications, marketing, digital, content, events, partnerships.
• Strengthen project governance and stakeholder engagement practices to improve PM maturity.
• Coach stakeholders and teams on effective delivery, governance, and collaboration.
