Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, software development, engineering, or related fields.
• Technically confident with software development and cloud environments.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and manage expectations.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple moving parts.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of financial markets and digital assets is advantageous.

• Lead multiple customer projects from kickoff through to launch using internal tools and processes.
• Represent the customer perspective to ensure delivered solutions meet business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align engineering priorities and milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain clear project documentation and assist in API/architecture planning.
• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation across projects for engineering, QA, and design teams.
