Worldline seeks a Head of Transformation Programmes & Process Acceleration to own the engine room of change, delivering measurable impact across geographies. You will drive customer-led transformation, streamline end-to-end processes, and embed disciplined execution across the group.

You will lead a portfolio spanning multiple business units, ensuring speed and rigor while translating customer signals into actionable programme roadmaps. Fluency in English is required for global collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years leading transformation programmes or process acceleration within a large, complex international organisation.
• Proven track record running multi-workstream transformation portfolios with quantified business impact.
• Experience deploying a company-wide methodology beyond individual projects.
• Strong background turning Voice of the Customer and complaints data into prioritised actions.
• Experience driving transformation within sourcing, procurement, or third-party management environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; Master Black Belt or equivalent leadership credentials preferred.
• Fluent English; able to influence executives across a multi-country organisation.

• Own the Group's transformation programme portfolio end-to-end with pace, prioritisation and delivery discipline.
• Build governance that realises value, resolves blockers, and keeps programmes on time and benefits.
