Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks an experienced Tender Specialist to strengthen the Global Competence Center Power Conversion. You will craft competitive bids, estimates, and quotations, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team and external partners to meet global customer needs.

Fluency in English and German is required, with travel about 15%. The role supports Power Conversion Solutions within Grid Integration, contributing to sustainable energy and grid performance worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant subject.
Experience in bid management or sales support.
Fluency in English and German; other languages a plus.
Willingness to travel approximately 15% of working time.

Responsabilités

Understand and empathize with Customer requirements and needs during the acquisition phase.
Shape innovative sales strategies, selecting winning solutions both commercially and technically.
Collaborate and coordinate internal and external stakeholders internationally to ensure timely and accurate tender documents. Your attention to detail will be crucial in presenting compelling proposals.
Prepare comprehensive, timely, and technically sound commercial offers.
Ensure seamless integration of Supplier offers risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and tender completeness.
Bid presentation and technical support during customer meetings.
Successfully transition negotiated projects to the project execution and engineering departments.
