Red Bull in Austria invites an experienced Senior Project & Applications Manager to drive digitalisation in the Legal business domain from Elsbethen and Fuschl am See. You’ll lead projects through requirements engineering, go‑live, and handover, blending business, technology, data and AI to deliver scalable digital services.

You’ll own applications, manage budgets and external partners, facilitate workshops, and ensure governance, security and compliance while delivering measurable business

Qualifikationen

• University degree in IT, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.
• 3+ years managing complex IT and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of architectures, integrations, data flows, and enterprise apps.
• Background in requirements engineering, process modelling, and solution design.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and practical business use cases.
• Experience in Legal domain, e.g., Compliance/Data Privacy, is advantageous.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions.
• Knowledge of agile and PMI-based delivery, service ownership, and vendor management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving with a data-driven approach.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects in the Legal domain from requirements through go-live and handover.
• Manage scope, risks, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment using agile/PMI practices.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure efficient progress and value delivery.
• Analyse business needs and translate into scalable technical solutions.
• Own applications and services, ensure governance, stability and user satisfaction.
• Leverage AI to enhance processes and support decision-making.
• Oversee budgets and external partners to ensure value and compliance.
