Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Austria is seeking a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead strategic initiatives and business enablement projects that drive organizational impact.

You’ll oversee projects across the full delivery lifecycle, work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, and apply Agile and hybrid methods to improve governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. This remote role offers a chance to deliver meaningful change across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of overall business experience with 3–4 years leading projects or transformation initiatives.
• Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications or related field.
• A recognized project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and close-out.
• Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives from initiation to close-out.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, dependencies, and governance structures.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with escalation as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to align deliverables.
• Prepare executive updates, risk assessments, and decision-making materials.
