Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with a health-tech organisation in Austria to hire a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead. The role focuses on training, coaching, and quality assurance across international programmes, with emphasis on low- and middle-income countries.

You will drive onboarding, demonstrations, and Train-the-Trainer cascades, while monitoring outcomes and collaborating with product, data, and programme teams. Up to 40% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer, or facilitator.
• Experience training teams remotely in low- and middle-income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes, and how customer adoption works in practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country Software User Training using established learning assets.
• Deliver demonstrations and hands-on facilitation where needed beyond self-directed learning.
• Coach and develop trainers to enable independent training delivery with quality assurance.
• Monitor usage and outcomes, identify gaps, and coach accordingly.
• Manage partner queries, bugs, and enhancements within SLAs and escalate when needed.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and support partner engagement.
