Thinkproject is hiring a Project Manager (f/m/d) to coordinate the implementation of our platform solutions and manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholders. The role requires 2–5 years of PM experience, travel willingness, and strong German and English communication.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure quality, and report to senior leadership. Hybrid work options and diverse development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: HBO or WO level completed.
• 2–5 years of Project Management experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• German language fluency required; strong English skills.
• Experience with software implementation projects.
• PM certifications (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI, or SCRUM Master) are a plus.
• Industry knowledge in construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: manage projects from initiation to closure using PM best practices.
• Progress & performance tracking: manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks; maintain docs.
• Team coordination: lead cross-functional teams and define milestones.
• Program/Portfolio governance: align with governance structures and report to project leadership.
• Stakeholder communication: provide regular updates to clients and teams; support strategic planning.
• Timeline & quality: monitor milestones and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
