Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field with data-driven decision-making focus.
• 6+ years in the semiconductor industry with focus on planning, pricing and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in Tableau, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Technical acumen in semiconductors, especially power electronics, with interest in project management, digitalization, and market trends.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between the Product Line and cross-functional teams to align demand planning activities and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify demand patterns, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor forecast performance and drive continuous improvements through best practices.
• Provide regular read outs to senior management and executive leadership.
• Support the development and execution of product and production strategies including optimization programs, product transfers, and discontinuation processes; manage and maintain master data for Medium Voltage MOSFET products.
