Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3 years hands-on work in an electrical engineering lab.
• Good knowledge of semiconductors, especially Power MOSFETs.
• Experience analyzing measurement data and presenting results to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently.
• Programming in C, C++, Visual Studio, MATLAB, Altium Designer.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Some experience with design/assembly/testing of power circuit boards.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical support for the Technical Marketing team in Villach to create and validate product value propositions in customer systems.
• Measure Infineon components in motor drives, BMS and DCDC converters and related applications.
• Perform tests of leading-edge devices on dedicated boards to support development and optimization of new technologies.
• Carry out competitor benchmarking; organize and analyze data and generate test reports.
• Contribute to peer reviews of internal development documents.
• Engage in regular exchanges with the PL team in Villach.
