Competenze

• 3+ years of relevant work or PhD research experience in semiconductors or product development
• Strong device physics knowledge of semiconductor devices and power switches (Si and SiC)
• Wide Bandgap (WBG) know-how is highly valued
• Solid skills in electric data analysis and statistics
• Experience with power device specifications and datasheets
• Lab experience in characterization of semiconductor devices is a plus
• Very good communication skills in English; German is a plus
