Infineon Technologies AG in Austria is seeking a Staff Specialist in Product Management for High Voltage SiC Discretes. You will drive pricing, forecasts, and market introduction plans for the 750 V/1200 V OBC and DC/DC converter portfolio, blending semiconductor expertise with market insights to shape commercial success.

This role requires a degree in electrical engineering or related fields, at least 3 years in product management within semiconductors, and strong English; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in product management within the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of semiconductors, especially power electronics, is an advantage.
• An energetic mindset combined with a structured and self-organized working style.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; German is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and evaluate pricing and structures for released products within the 750 V/1200 V OBC and DC/DC converter product portfolio.
• Provide product forecasts and define the final market introduction plan during the commercialization phase of the product portfolio.
• Develop market introduction and go-to-market activities at product level.
• Support the development and execution of product and production strategies, including optimization programs, product transfers, and discontinuation processes.
